Nunchaku shop does its very best to have the items you ordered delivered to you as quickly as possible.

For shipments before 5 p.m. within the Netherlands, we strive to receive your package within 2 business day. We need a maximum of five working days to ship the order to you with Post NL.

All items from Nunchaku shop are excluding shipping costs.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with an order, you can return it within 14 days at your own expense, without specifying a reason.
The purchase amount, including the shipping costs paid for receipt, will be refunded within 10 working days if the item is received in good condition, without traces of wear and damage, by Nunchaku shop.

The returned items are at the customer’s own risk. With “registered mail” we must sign for receipt. This way you are always assured that the order will arrive with us.

Note: Do not forget to state your name, order number, total amount, bank details and reason for return so that we can be of service to you quickly.
